*Carefree & Happy People*

Reportedly Japanese government starts a plan this week.That is to take pictures and fingerprints of foreign tourists coming to our country.all but a select few foreigners.Who are a select few foreigners?Im' not sure.They say the reason is to protect us from terrorists.but I don't think that all terrorists on the list can be found.and I suppose that foreign tourists will be offended at this decision.
